GEMÃSE, NUDELN, REIS UND KNÃDEL
Spanien 1. Die Kartoffeln in die Schüssel geben, das Wasser zufügen und abgedeckt garen. Zwischendurch einmal umrühren. 9-11 Min. 800 W Abkühlen lassen. 2. Die Kartoffeln der Länge nach halbieren und vorsichtig aushöhlen. Die Kartoffelmasse mit dem Schinken, der Zwiebel, der Milch und dem Parmesankäse zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 3. Die Masse in die Kartoffelhälften füllen, mit dem Emmentaler bestreuen, auf den Teller setzen und garen. 4-6 Min. 800 W Die Kartoffeln nach dem Garen ca. 2 Minuten stehen lassen.

Gesamtgarzeit: ca. 30-38 Minuten Geschirr: Schüssel mit Deckel (2 l Inhalt) Auflaufform (ca. 26 cm lang) Zutaten 500 ml heiÃes Wasser 1/2 TL Ãl 80 g 400 g 3 400 g 150 g 2 100 g Makkaroni Salz Tomaten, aus der Dose, zerkleinert Zwiebeln (150 g), fein gehackt Basilikum, Thymian, Salz, Pfeffer Zucchini, in Scheiben Sauerrahm Eier geriebener Cheddar

1. Das Wasser, das Ãl und das Salz in die Schüssel geben und abgedeckt zum Kochen bringen. 3-5 Min. 800 W 2. Die Makkaroni in Stücke brechen, zugeben, umrühren und quellen lassen. 9-11 Min. 240 W Die Nudeln abtropfen und abkühlen lassen. 3. Die Tomaten mit den Zwiebeln verrühren und gut würzen. Die Makkaroni in die Auflaufform hineingeben und mit der Tomatensauce begieÃen. Die Zucchinischeiben darauf verteilen. 4. Den Sauerrahm mit den Eiern verschlagen und über den Auflauf gieÃen. Den geriebenen Käse darüberstreuen und garen. 1. 14-16 Min. 800 W anschlieÃend 2. 4-6 Min. 560 W Den Auflauf nach dem Garen etwa 5-10 Minuten stehen lassen.
